If the FW of your camera is 3.2.x.x,

If the FW of your camera is 3.1.x.x, please use IE 10 compatibility mode as the picture shown below.

To run Brickcom cameras on IE10, please use compatibility mode.


Please Note. The ActiveX does NOT support on IE 64bit, to run Brickcom cameras with all function properly, please use IE 32bit.
