Two-way audio enables you to receive and transmit audio through the IP camera. Check your IP Camera’s user manual to see if your camera offers two-way audio or support two-way audio.

If your camera offers two-way audio support, you may need to attach an external microphone or speaker to use the two-way audio function. To receive audio from the IP camera, open the IP Camera GUI on a notebook or PC equipped with speakers. To transmit audio through the IP Camera, you need to connect a microphone to a PC or notebook and open the IP Camera GUI. Click the talk button on Camera Control Panel which is in the IP Camera Live View page.


The IP Camera’s audio function is disabled by default. You should enable the audio function on the Audio Configuration page before using the two-way audio.
